MEET THE STAFF
Brandon is a local Conyers native that grew up playing baseball in the RYBA program and football with RYFA. He went to Heritage High School where he was a 3 year varsity letterman, and also played collegiate baseball at Georgia Perimeter College. He possesses an Exercise Science degree from the University of Georgia, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Certified Personal Trainer.
He has a passion for helping young kids and the general population improve their overall athletic ability and fitness levels by developing fundamentally sound movement patterns through proper weightlifting and running techniques. He believes in the values of discipline, dedication, and hard work and tries to instill these principles into everyone that trains with him.
Brandon currently resides in Conyers and looks forward to working with the community to help them achieve their fitness and athletic goals.
With an emphasis on speed, agility, strength improvement, and explosive training techniques, Team 3 has designed training programs that will yield major results on the playing field and court.
Strength and speed are both very important to becoming a great football player, but one must know HOW TO PLAY THE POSITION! Team 3 Sports has former NFL and Division I football trainers for Position Specific Skills Training.
The benefits of this style of exercise will enhance range of motion through the wrist, shoulder, hip, and ankle joints; promote stability through the knee and elbow joints; increase mindfulness of muscle engagement during specific athletic movements.
